A Snack Beneath the Cedar Tree

I spotted this little fellow running by outside the window. Grabbing my camera and tripod, I followed him (or her) down the driveway and out into the forest. Going quickly from one tree trunk to the next, the squirrel seemed to be making its rounds of familiar territory. Eventually it found a tasty looking pinecone and climbed onto a low branch to eat, giving me a chance to creep up with my tripod and take its picture.
